Do you allow dogs at the vineyard?We are dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome on our tours and in the visitor centre, but please keep them on a short lead at all times.

Does the vineyard tour include a wine tasting?Yes, our vineyard tours start in our visitors centre with a small presentation on the history of Velfrey Vineyard, then into the vineyard to see the vines and it finishes with a wine tasting.

It’s raining - will the tour still go ahead?Yes - we advise those visiting to bring suitable footwear and a coat! We’ll always try to adapt our tour to the day and we’d only cancel for extreme weather conditions.

Can we buy wine & vouchers online from you?Yes you can! On our website we have an online store where you can buy our wines and a variety of vouchers. You can see these by selecting the ‘shop’ option in the menu on our website. On a desktop it appears a the top of the page, if you're viewing on a mobile you will need to select it from the drop down menu that is on the top right hand corner of the page.

Do I need to book to visit?For tours and wine tastings, yes you need book in advance, which you can do through our website. If you would just like to visit our shop, there is no need to book. Check our website for our opening hours.
