Rhosyn – Traditional Method Vintage Sparkling Rosé (2023)
 
“Rhosyn” – the Welsh word for rose – is our elegant vintage sparkling rosé, crafted in the traditional method from the 2023 harvest. A blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir, the wine gains its delicate blush hue from gentle skin contact for 48 hours post pressing.
 
Aged 14 months on lees, Rhosyn reveals an expressive bouquet of cherry blossom and rose petals, leading into vibrant notes of fresh red berries, strawberries, and pomegranate. On the palate, it balances bright acidity with subtle savoury pastry tones, offering a fine, persistent mousse and a long, refined finish.
